This is not a work of film history but rather a generous, touching and slightly daffy expression of unbridled movie love. The Artist - Just saw it. Go see it, in a theater, and I promise you will never forget it. It was simply magnificent. I know it’s only January, and you might think this premature, but every movie I see for the rest of this year will now have to compete this movie for the best of 2012. End of story.
