This Is Mesmerizing, You Should Watch It of the Day: Philip Heron and James Adair shot a bunch of stuff hitting other stuff and slowed the whole thing way, way down.
Glorious.

The way things happen is just so beautiful. Instances of beauty, so wondrously mesmerizing, condensed into mere fractions of a second. Moments that we were never meant to see with just our eyes. Humans have gone millions of years without ever knowing they exist. Without having the technology that allows us to know this kind of poetry. Millions of years. And yet it exists. And yet God still created this kind of beauty. God designed what it really looks like to spark a fire. The way the sparks dance and eventually consume the air like a small ghost. He designed it to be that magical and it went years upon years unappreciated. With no one really knowing how intricate its beauty is. Did he design it because he knew we would one day develop our own technology to see it? Did he design it specifically for us to eventually see?
Or did he design it merely because that’s what he does. He makes beauty. Regardless of whether or not anyone will ever see it.
